2 tablespoons raisins / cashew / almonds or any other nuts
1 1/2 cup water
Pinch of food color (optional)

Heat ghee in a pan. Add semolina and cook for a few minutes in a low-medium heat, constantly stirring. Add sugar, and nuts. Fry for few more minutes on low-medium heat.
Add water and food color. Mix well and keep stirring until you get the desired thick consistency.
Garnish the top with the some nuts. Serve either hot or cold as per your preferences.
